I think, with just a little DIY you could improve this significantly. Extend the wheel base a little, put some bigger wheels on so you can actually go up and down the sidewalk; with the extended wheel base you could add a seat in order for baa chan to have it comfy; and then add a combustion engine and a little tank to cope with the added weight.

And there your have it:
