Tokyo police have arrested a South Korean man in connection with an apparent explosion at a restroom at Yasukuni Shrine in Tokyo last month.
The 27-year-old suspect was apprehended on Wednesday after entering Japan in the morning. He had returned to South Korea after the explosion.
