FG 2 year old

Anyone know where a FG 2 year old can go and shout at others his age and be sort of understood?

Harrassing pigeons, cats, dogs, and other locals of the human variety can only keep one amused for a limited time.

And please don't send me to "Tokyo with Kids", been there, it's all a bit too pink and cuddly for me.

so i take it he does not know any japanese? i understand that you are an english speaker but maybe since he will be growing up around japanese children it would be good to teach him some japanese and speak japanese with him as well as english. children are real smart and pick up it real fast, and if you do it right and not mix it with english randomly he should not get confused. plus he'd be pretty lucky later on in life if he was able to speak both languages natively!

and this way he would be able to communicate with children his age.
