Yet Another Who Needs a Roomie in Tokyo Thread

OK, so it's my turn to move out of my current apartment and find a new apartment in the Tokyo area. Things are not definite yet, but I am looking to move out of my apartment at the end of this month for sure. I am looking for a place somewhere in Oimachi-Kamata area (JR Keihin Line) or Nakameguro-Jiyugaoka vicinity (Toyoko Line) because of ease of accessibility to the city and also it isn't bum f*cked egypt if I had to catch the expensive late night taxi to home.

Surely I could find a cheap hole in a wall somewhere else and live by myself but I want the extra ammenities like auto-lock security and a location not so frickin far from the station (10 min walking max). I have no pets but I can tolerate as long as it's not a cat. If I were to live with a roommate, I am considering a 2 room bed room apartment. What kind of price range am I going to expect with these conditions?

I looked some of those chintai sites and the rooms go for about 70 or 80 a month for a 1 room, which is not that bad. Oimachi is still Shinagawa-ku but the rent is notoriously cheap, I found out.

I can put up with a 2 room (2L or 2LDK) and share with a roommate to cut cost on utility. I'd say 140 to 150k a month total.
