Fire insurance

Hi,
I am sub letting my room from my Japanese flatmate, I am English. The landlord knows I am living here, but the estate agent doesn't, and shouldn't.

She has asked me to get fire insurrance, but we can't do it through the landlord. We live in a 2LDK in an 8 floor appartment block (16 appartments) in Naka Meguro. Do you have any idea how much fire insurrance will cost me, and where I can find out about getting some?
