I agree with Motown upstairs but the one downstairs has a lot of J-chicks. Gas Panic the main one in on that small street in Roppongi is one of the better ones with tons of young J-chicks. That's just my opinion.

That's a good question and a hard one to answer. The Gas Panic in Shibuya is ghetto but actually alot of fun. I have never had any fun at Motown.
