The person should be in Tokyo now to act as processing agent for home loan. There is no risk and no guarantor stuff. If you know any japanese individual it will be fine. Willing to pay and I will be grateful.

You mean all those gaijins getting loans from banks here are Nigerian.
"Process agent" is needed by law in Japan. You can get the contract checked by lawyer, there is no fine print. I talked with a lawyer too, they said any acquaintance can sign it. Even a student with no income.
I guess I didnt make proper friends here in the first place.
