Thunderbirds Japan Theme Song

There's a new exhibition opening tomorrow at the Parco Museum in Shibuya, Tokyo called "Thunderbirds in Japan". It will subsequently move to Hiroshima and Nagoya and perhaps other venues. Thunderbirds was first broadcast by NHK on the 10th April, 1966 so this year is the 40th anniversary, just like the Beatles visit to Japan.

Ta for the videos Mulboyne....Here's the J Captain Scarlet intro, which is significantly different than the UK version which has Captain Scarlet gunning someone down (after being being shot himself) and then proceeds to show all the show's major characters along with the Mysterons' threat of the day. The J version (which Gerry Anderson apparently hated) is all explosions and action with set to a chorus of J kids singing about captain scarlet-o.

Kids love them explosions Japanese version
