J-List has a unique job opening for a native English speaker with knowledge of current trends in Japanese animation, including what is popular now in Japan and what will be popular with fans around the world. The job is for a description writer who can write interesting descriptions for our website. Ability to use Adobe Photoshop to aid in web graphic creation and InDesign to help make magazine ads is also a plus. We're looking for someone with a passion for Japanese pop culture and the desire to be involved with one of the most famous companies selling Japanese animation related products from Japan. Must be physically in Japan and have a legal visa (we will sponsor your extension for next time of course), and Japanese ability at least around JLPT level 2 is required so you can interface with our Japanese staff members.
