The best blogs and diaries in English about Japan

Hi,

I have spent quite some time on the web, and I noticed some pretty interesting blogs and diaries about Japan in French. To quote a few, Candyland, or lejapon.fr have interesting stories and original pictures, with a quite elegant layout.

I am sure there are quite intersting blogs and diaries about Japan in English too, but a stupid search on google did not bring back anything memorable. So, do you know of any outstanding blog about Japan in English?

There is a lengthy, comprehensive list of English language blogs about Japan on the Fucked Gaijin homepage (right hand side).
