You know that's interesting and as I mentioned on the other thread, the AFN announcer said it was a bomb and defused by EOD Yokosuka. I suppose that after defusing it, they could have detonated the remainder, if too dangerous to move. But looking at the detonation, it looks like their detonation was bigger than the secondary from the bomb.....
