To start the conversation off, NTT press release in Japanese: http://www.ntt.com/release/monthNEWS/de ... 30408.html

Sim offered by NTT Communications for data communication, LTE using NTT docomo network, FOMA where Xi not available, 3150 Yen contract fee (includes first month charge), 980 Yen a month, with a limit of 30MB a day (after which, throttled to 100Kbps).
Usually meaningless figures but they claim 112.5Mbps down and 37.5Mbps up. You won't get more than that, is about all you can say. In these cases it is always fun to do the sums as to how many seconds before your daily limit is used up at that speed.

No info on that, and data only sims seem to be less restricted because you can't OreOre fraud from them, but since there is a monthly charge they will likely want something as an address verifier, failing a bank account to withdraw from.
