Wouldn't surprise me if that's been sitting vacant for eons, with the same ad running the whole time. If I'm not mistaken, the Tokyu Den-en-Toshi line hasn't been called the Shin-Tamagawa line since about 1999. Might explain the bubbly price a little...

The city for all intents and purposes is the yamanota line there are 2 or 3 places on the yamanota line.
