Looking for a share apartment? Ive got a 6jo wood floor room in my 3DK apartment free, and im looking for a flatmate who can clean up after themselves and take care of the place. Its available from the beginning of Dec., its furnished (tho you need to furnish your room), it has a garden, its close to Shibuya and Shinjuku (30 mins to either, door to Alta/Hachiko), aircon, built-in cupboard and even some space in the spare room you can use too. Y71 500 per month, plus utilities (about Y20 000) plus a one month deposit of Y70 000 which will be refunded if you dont damage the place or leave early. Sorry, didnt check this thread again, i figured people would mail me directly. Ive lived there 4 years, got the place when i was working at No Vacation and my roomie was working at Interactive, we got it thru IRE agency, and damn, its a fine place. Worked at a few different places since we got it tho...
