They are Korean and although my Korean used to be good it's kinda crap now but what I get is that they are singing an advertisement for a chinese restaurant that they are the owners of (real or not I'm not sure)

They say that the food is good and lots of extra stuff is free. They say that the cooks came from South China and their cook is famous for great food, then they sing the name of the restaurant several times. The one on the right punches the one on the left because he doesn't like chachang (Korean noodles)

...er that's it folks. Anyway who the fuck cares what it's about! That song is so damn catchy I must have watched it 10 times. Boy, I must be nuts
