See No Evil
I caught a molester on train yesterday. Grabbed his right hand, gave him full of attitude and yelled because he said "it wasn't me"....
<snip>
....I asked other passangers to call police. but nobody responded. the guy who was standing next to me started pretending to sleep. Everybody looked the floor or window.
I was sad. and upset. I was upset with the molester of course but, I had another anger against other passangers.
Sometimes I hate living in this country. People igonore pregnant woman or old people on public transportation. People don't make a single call for the woman caught a bad guy. ...

This is surprising considering it`s the civil servants who have been getting busted for groping!

Why is it always unattracive women that shout the loudist over men groping women. You would think that they were happy they got any attention at all.
These women can also be quite forceful with men. The ammount of women that tried to force themselves on me is unreal. They have serious issues with their place in the food chain.

Now I know what image I'm beating off to tonight.
But seriously folks, do any of you ladies think that this an unacceptable form of segregation?

GomiGirl a long time ago wrote:I really don't think that this is the right way to handle the groper issue. Anyway this seems to be a bit late as there is not the same problems there used to be. It is just "not cool" to be a groper anymore. Not that it ever was cool but people are talking about it more now which is helpful.
How about telling people if they see a groper or if they are a victim, then it is OK to bitch-slap the loser or otherwise humiliate or if not confident enough themselves to get assistance from someone else in the carriage to help drag them off to the nearest koban.
Just a bit of empowering education for all - not an option to run off and hide away in fear of a small minority of deviants. It is a big bad world out there but it is the wrong message to say that females need to be hidden away and to be protected from something which can easily be solved in other ways. It also perpetuates a deeper paternatistic problem that will not effect social change. This should be a peer support thing as well.. this is unaccecptable behaviour and if you see it then for goodness sake, step in and help your fellow human.
Yes I have had the "pleasure" of a chikan many years ago - but I just did what came naturally - turned around and called him a freak and abused him in Japanese - he was so embarressed that he ran off at the next station. Perhaps that he now thinks that all white chicks are bitches from hell, but at least he wil think twice about it if he ever gets the urge. Sure I have a bit more confidence than the average female citizen, but I will be the first one to stand up and offer to support to another person who looks distressed.
Oops - I didn't mean to rant... but there it is.
