buying a car

Hi everyone, I am looking to buy a used car in Tokyo but dont know where to start. Are there any good websites or weekly publications out there I could use? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you kindly :D

There's Mick Lay Motors...they advertise heavily (or used to), but I don't know how reliable/honest they are.

If you can, auction is a great way to get a steal of a deal. Especially if you know any of the regulars that buy for export to other countries, and can get a hand...
