There was some accident at shinyokohama subway station this evening around 6pm, and all subway between yokohama and a few stations after there was stopped for hours. The buses where all running for free between the subway stations and yokohama station. Usually if someone jumps it is fixed in 20-30minutes, but today it was over 2-3 horus.
I wonder if anyone know what happened?? I cant find any news about it

In my experience it is rare to find news of train "incidents". My guess is that if it was a suicide than you won't find any, as they don't want to advertise the railways as a good way to off yourself.
In the last two years I heard of one gaijin in Tokyo who was drunk and fell onto a railway and died. I know it's true because I heard about it from someone who was there, but it never made the news. The other was of a JET who fell out of a window, in Amagasaki or Nishinomiya, I think, and died. Never made the news.
