Tokyo Hotels

I'm updating the hotel/inn/ryokan/capsule section of a Tokyo guidebook. One task is to update the information of existing hotels. Another is to seek out new places. Has anyone come across any particularly notable hotels (for any demographic) that have opened in the past few years? I'd really appreciate any tips. Thank you.
