Seeking fencing coach/club

My Google-fu is failing me. I've been trying to find an club that is not a high school one or just hobbyists. Preferably in the Kanagawa area but travel to Tokyo is possible. Anyone have any leads? Btw by fencing I don't mean kendo - I've tried that and I don't like it.

The only one I can find is here

Odd almost all the fencing places in Japan seem to be for wheelchairs only.
