If she didn't swallow all the time, she would know! That of course, because it is Noriko, would be white rice.

Well, I was more curious as to why Noriko is interested in this question. So I tracked her down and put it to her. (The question, that is). Here’s what followed:



Amdg: So Noriko, you’re a difficult person to track down. I hope you’re not in hiding or anything.

Noriko: Well, you’ve seen that guy on Youtube right? I’m basically living in fear of my life.

Amdg: Well, good luck with that! Anyway, I wanted to ask you about your interest in endosperm.

Noriko: Yes? (her face reddens)

Amdg: Can you tell us why you want to know whether brown or white has the most endosperm.

Noriko: Oh, um, OK. Well, how can I put this? It’s all about consumption really, you know, imbibing, swallowing.

Amdg: Do you swallow, Noriko?

Noriko: What do you mean? Swallow an African, or swallow a European?

Amdg: I don’t kno ..Auuuuuuuugh! Norikoooo youuu whooooore!..

I got to about level 39 on my own. Is that good? I only played for about 5 minutes.

Not bad for 5 minutes! I played it a few months? ago and managed to get to level 50, but I just re-played it now when it was posted here at FG and couldn't get past level 45. I must have been in the zone at the first time.

Played for about 30 minutes and got to level 42. Then just got bored but then I do work with words all day. Lots of the same words popped up alot and I guess that is helpful for retention.

.. Breen said he has hired a dictionary company to put some more words in the game, which adjusts as you are playing to different levels from zero to 50.

"I myself can't get much above level 45, and it is rare to get above level 48. But there are some people who cruise right up to level 50. So for them we are going to add some super, really ultra, tough words," Breen said...
