Speaking of Denpa Shonen

Postby Gaisaradatsuraku! » Tue Jul 01, 2003 1:27 am

I loved the cow belch skit. Anyone know what Macchan is doing these days? I couldn't believe he was booted since he WAS Denpa Shonen as far as I was concerned.

Why was he booted?

He ticked off one of the suits. I can't remember why but he thought he was untouchable and boom off he went. This was back in the day of the floating head shots. I am talking 1990-91 here.

I think the floating headshots continued up until cancellation of the show this year.

why do you start new threads instead of continuing the original? There is no point of reference for this thread!! It is redundant!!

i have no idea what you're talking about.....
at least when you start a new thread, put a quote and/or a reference to the original one...
oh, wait, gai started this one...? in that case, forget it, it's a "style" of course...

Actually...

Postby GargoyleTS » Tue Jul 01, 2003 3:22 pm

...I kind of appreciate him taking these tangents off to a new thread for discussion. Helps keep "thread-jacking" to a sort-of controlled level. I agree about the quotes thing though. But I got no prob with new threads for tangents that may only get a few responses and thus will drop into the archives fairly quickly. :D

Now then, to post on topic: I have no idea what this topic is about other than some TV show I never saw. :D

I agree, but he could reference it with a link to the thread that he was referring to.
:D

Any of you watch that show where they have to cook for as cheap as they can on TV.. they grow their own veges, raise eggs to eat, etc..

I was amazed at how resourceful modern dim wits can be:D
