3:54am Friday morning.
All the lights in the house, tv etc flicked off and on half a second later. Street lights outside went off and stayed off for 10 minutes. Then they came back on again.
Internet, TV and cable TV needed resetting. Totally bizarro.
Didn't feel an earthquake and it is too weird a time for maintenance work.
What could have caused it?

Sounds like the night shift at your closest power station fucked something up, but power dips like these do happen (if only for a fraction of a second).

I was switching between neon signs in Roppongi at that time and didn't notice anything. Actually, it may have occurred here to, but by that time my assistant for the evening and I couldn't see anything anyway......
