Japan: A Story of Love and Hate

have just started watching it myself now, this full-length cbc production is available on their website here:

the link will default to an excerpt of "Ten Trillion and Counting" (which in itself looks interesting, too) the video mentioned above can be fround by clicking on "full episodes" from the menu on the right and will then appear in the adjacent column.

no idea how long it will be up so those interested should watch while it's available.

Ahh, I remember this. It was made for the BBC's Japan Season earlier this year.

The main guy, Naoki, is a quite a character and I was surprised about how in depth the reporter (Sean McAllister) managed to get.

yeah, after seeing the end credits, it's definitely a bbc production. didn't think the guy sounded canadian ;)

and yeah, that naoki guy is quite the interesting
