many years ago (at least eight), i brought some black belt / 4th dan ITF uniforms from japan to canada for my taekwondo instructor there and he was very happy with the quality.
unfortunately, he no longer has receipts / order forms for the uniforms and i've been doing net searches in hopes of finding them, to no avail.
what i do know is that the material is a heavier cotton, typically of much higher quality than what is typically sold (the uniforms retailed for about $100 u.s.). the label reads "isami" and they are actually made in japan and apparently have zippers on the front and are embroidered with the JITF logo.
he was hoping i could bring a couple over for him again. i've since found the isami website but can only find karate uniforms.
anyone here doing taekwondo that could give me some leads to go on?
