The Club's flagship culinary destination, Decanter Steaks | Chops | Wines, invites diners to indulge in its playful avant-garde steakhouse concept. Featuring an eclectic mix of Las Vegas- and Hollywood-inspired spaces and menus, diners can expect nothing less than impeccable service, fabulous cuisine and uncomplicated dining fun, partnered with one of the country's finest wine collections.

FLATiRON, a part of Decanter is a two hour culinary show which weaves culinary genius with fun and entertainment. There is nothing like FLATiRON in Japan; its a true one-of-a-kind experience.

Decanter is open to Members and non members alike and reservations are encouraged.

GG -It is pretty amazing actually. I have been there a few times and I was there for the Flatiron last week. Molecular Gastronmy - super fun.

If you use an elongated steak knife to cut your meal, does Flatiron become Flat-u-lance?

Steaks, Chops, Wine...... Tis a posh American steak house with a big wine cellar on the one side and the molecular Flatiron on the other. That is why I put the videos up too.

One extreme to the other? Have you considered the possibilities inherent in a balanced diet?

I wonder how all the newly-minted Tokyo American Club members who were part of the 2010/2011 bumrush/membership drive feel about their 'exclusive' club now offering (partial) access to non-members?
