It's a scam ad from Dentsu aimed at foreign advertising awards

Really!!????? I always found it the most palatable of all the options. Sufficently greasy, nice soft buns, not overdone like a bistro burger, and the cheese seemed almost real. The A&W in Okinawa (Ishigaki) is alright, but their buns were still too stale and doughy for me.

Any other options you can suggest? keeping in mind that Only in Tokyo places don't really help, but can be put on the Shiite to Eat While in Tokyo, probably somewhere next to the Harajuku Shakey's lunch buffet.

At any rate, a really well done ad, whether real or not.
