Teaching in Japan (in Akashi, Hyogo-ken).....

Postby el » Tue Jan 20, 2004 6:18 am

Hi all,

I'm considering teaching in Akashi, come mid-May. I get the feeling it's a pretty quiet and small city, which is why I'm guessing I'd be heading into Kobe freqently to meet and hang out with the foreign community there.

Is anyone able to give me info regarding the trains? How much is a trip between Kobe and Akashi and when would the last night train back into Akashi be?

any information at all will be truly appreciated.
thanks in advance!
