I didnt know earthquakes caused tornadoes,

Anyway I was just thinking there hasnt been a good shake in the kanto area for the last few months.

Whats going on.

Could this be an indicator of a very big one?

Or due to atmospherica loading during the winter can contenental shelf cooling there wont be so many. Who knows I know I dont.
Am I still not allowed to have a sig?

They don't, but earthquakes striking during mealtime means fires can spread quickly into a conflagration like the Kanto area saw in 1923.
