Broken lamp = Jail

Postby Bucky » Sat Jan 26, 2019 12:27 am

Has anyone heard of this story? It seems odd to me:

https://newsone.com/3844327/julian-adam ... an-jailed/
"
His mother's statement:

"Smith said her son was startled and tried to run off to get help, but authorities intervened."

Just seems strange. Where the heck is this guy going to "get help"?

"His arm snapped back and hit the police officer in the chin". Sounds like he punched the dude and tried to bail. Looking at the pictures he may have thought he could out muscle the cops and escape. $1000 for a lamp is pretty expensive, but when the dude is being woken up in another bar, he has no recollection of what happened.

Jeeze, what's with that news site? Racist much?

Having seen a guy locked up for weeks for selling one of his wife's manga for 100円 I'm not surprised. As long as a crime is recognized on paper....

The way the cops encircle people (happened once to me at a traffic stop) that are not under arrest or anything, escalates things. I had video of my incident and a cop nearly grabbing me to prevent me returning to my vehicle but without that, any contact with the cops is likely going to land you with the obstruction charge.

True - the inbred thick as pigshit cunts will escalate anything despite the bullshit you read about how J keystones are 'patient' and 'civil'. As another poster posted here before, they are deceptive. Things get out of hand really quickly if you allow them to do shit that technically they have to ask permission for.

Never let the filth into your apartment for a start. Unless they have a warrant, keep em outside. Once you let the excrement into your genkan then they can do whatever they like.

True the gaijin was a dickhead for getting himself into this nonsense in the first place. Sounds like a case of drinking when jet lagged, too stupid and probably snowflakey to understand that screaming for your rights has no place in this Edo style justice system. You can't do the things you can get away with in our cunntries.

Having said that, beat the J pigs and pigs of civilians at their own game. Somebody handles you like pushing you or whatever, demand money from them. The little pigs in my experience who manhandle you or push you don't come from shitamachi. I live there and people there are a lot more polite than the pigs on the toney lines and in the real middle class to upper areas.
