Japanese ageing population.

This may turn out to be advantagous to all those lifer eikaiwa drones. Alot of my ex-student were in their 50's some in their 70's. So as you get older they also will get older and are more likely to study just to keep thier minds moving. A young guy in this case is not always good. We had old fart who regularly fell asleep in his private session. Was very amusing. He only wanted to be taught by our oldest teacher (he was 45 odd).

Just an aside, I remember when we first started our school in Nagoya the door wasn't working properly and and used to slam shut, with a bang!. Anyway one time that old guy came in, and the door slammed shut behind him, bang!, and the moment it happend he instantly said 'Yes, sankyou!'. OMFG it was the funnist thing I have ever seen! Anyone else got any stories they'd like to share about their eikaiwa dayz?
