A while back I was browsing around the internet and came across something that said that Japanese National Insurance covers treatment abroad. I don't remember even where it was that I read about it. But they went on to claim that if you have to treatment abroad that you just pay for it and then when you get back you fill out some forms and turn this in with the receipt. Then you will be reimbursed. I don't know for how much. But the person that claimed this said that it is not very well know that you can do this. Does anyone know anything about it?
I hope it is true but in reality it is probably just BS.
Thanks all,
