I did because the layout of the police car doesn't match the standard Taiwanese layout, and that moped and bikes just scream "China": nearly everyone who doesn't own a car in Taiwan owns a scooter and not a moped like that. I am sort of hoping this is a clear day in a fairly newly developed part of a Chinese city.
