I can't believe that you couldn't figure it out. They are protesting people with dirty hands reading manga at convenience stores. Can you imagine picking up your favorite manga after some creepy guy with hairy ham hands covered in unspeakable verminous filth spent 20 minutes contaminating every pixel of ink?
