My bar does nomihoudai for 2 hours @¥3,000 a head. Beer, Wine, Gut Rot Shouchu and Gin.

Am happy to do an event but it only opens at 8pm. Will that time work for peeps?

What date you thinking? I am off to the snow until the 6th. So the week of the 7th would be fine.

Gone from Jan. 7, so before then is better for me. Any day other than Jan. 5 works.

Sadly not but it does include VB.

I am for the first week of Jan-
I called up JS Burger cafe at Shinjuku, they are open from 2nd Jan from 11am-9.30pm.

Just a suggestion, at least a place for those would like to have some bites (besides brews, and other beverages) and especially if the meeting is in the day time.

How about meeting on the 2nd Jan? (too early for you all?)

what time is good?

I vote for either lunch - 11:30 or noon or early dinner - say 4pm or 5pm. I have a two year old remember and I have to work around nap time.

Yeah, I thought of that too, probably 11.30am is a better idea, little kid might get cranky if he misses his nap or does not get enough of it later, so chances for GG mummy to enjoy the meet up is better to go for the earlier session. Another good thing it will be easier to get a place (if the place is going to be crowded) and we can continue to use the place & stretch to later for late comers, if needed.

Have the plans firmed up? I'll be back from Tochigi around noon, so I could meet up in Shinjuku an hour or so afterwards. Is Araku the meeting place?

That was a big deal after tonsillectomies, IIRC. Kids would get ice ream.
