I snapped this shot a week ago at the Tokyo Scottish Highland Games in Makuhari Messe.. Both lads were hilarious!!! I loved that the guy with the mohawk had dyed it green to match his kilt.

On my blog I called this Tokyo Bagpipe Stylings.

Sorry for the poor picture quality as it was on my crappy LG piece of shit keitai.
