No idea what to comment about this shot of Engrish but the girl in the picture is Ueda Momoko, the golfer.

It's a metaphor for the Sissyphisan battle that all people must face in terms of coping with erectile dysfunction or contact dermatitis. Why they chose a golfer for anything relating to a birdie makes no sense to me.
