So until I buy a new vehicle and mount enough LED light bars on it to turn night into day, I decided the best nightly use for the "Military grade" LED projector flashlight I have is for giving a big FU to the face of idiots driving around with with their highbeams on. Good aim takes practice but it's strong enough and bright enough to annoy the fugguers. So far, about 50% of the time it works....high beams get turned off immediately. The others, assholes to the core, must simply enjoy being blasted in the face?

I believe so, it is the downside of having eyes adapted to harsh sunlight

I go riding with some guys from my old company, some of them hate riding narrow country roads after dark because they find it hard to see.

Ever wondered why everything is lit up here even in the day.

Had a friend with super light blue eyes. You could make her sneeze on command by flashing light in her eyes.

It was awesome...

Not sure about night/day vision but the Japanese/Asians in general are usually ranked as having the most terrible eyesight in the world. The latest reasoning I read somewhere was it being related to lack of sunlight as children, causing myoptia. Hikikomori lifestyle be damned, get those kiddies outside in the sun!

Had a run in with the polite yet not quite so friendly local traffic patrol recently. (they've been setting up speed traps and and all kinds of weird hidden patrols to catch keitai users all over the place lately) I asked the dude about the whole green left turn arrow and giving passengers the walk sign at the crosswalk the traffic signal has just given vehicles the ok to drive through. He knew exactly what I was talking about and said there has been enough trouble with that fucked setup that they are actively replacing them. (haven't seen one replaced yet) ....and then proceeded to ticket me for an infraction at an intersection with conflicting signs, faded/missing paint, and a situation I was forced into. Baby steps?

Was directed by one of those idiots with the orange batons around a bus and into a turn lane that, depending on what was visible from where you were, had conflicting signs. I mean, it wasn't a gunpoint but I guess the lesson here is not to blindly trust those idiots in uniforms to direct you as ultimately the police will still hold you responsible.

I can't help thinking that you have a talent to get into that kind of trouble...

No doubt...but mind you this wasn't speeding or some kind of wreckless driving. Even the officer admitted it was messed up but that didn't stop him from printing a ticket.

Reckless not wreckless...

And I always give the finger to the idiots in uniform or klaxon them away from my path.

Reason being... muh car, muh license, muh insurance...

Police give orders, you follow... slanted fuckwad give orders... who the fuck cares... and they could probably make a better living by selling all their extra chromosomes...

in j-road troubles, fistfighting hardly happens coz most of japanese people are timid and physically weak and j-authorities are not generous to self-defence and then the people tends to resort to passive aggressive acts even when they are driving a car. :-?
