Have you looked at the page for the World Skills competition and seen some of the categories? It doesn't make sense to me. It seems that some socialist movement or some unions are behind his.

An athletic competition is one thing, but the stuff on the list is just bizzare to me.

They actually had an event in "Caring". I suppose that you are automatically disqualified if you mutter under your breath, "I don't give a fuck". Singapore took home two gold medals in "Caring", followed by UAE and the Netherlands. Actually, only 6 countries took part in the "Caring" competition. That the Japanese did not/could not field a Caring team may put their qwest for the 2016 Olympics in jeopardy.

On a vaguely Japan-related note:

I love this guy's work. He takes luxury product packaging from Prada, Chanel, Hermes, Tiffany, etc. and wraps them around things like toilets, guillotines, and chainsaws.

I especially like his "Value Meals."
