Good policy in any country...I've soo far managed to avoid any workplace bangin' but I can't say the same for neighbors. Every time I've moved some place with hot neighbors, at one point or another, my place or theirs, there is always some sort of "hey, we should grab a drink" or something of the like that leads to gettin' friendly with my neighbor So far, I've been lucky. One moved out 2 weeks later (I promptly banged her ex roommate afterwards) another got back with her ex, and the others seemed to be just OK with just casual bangin'. I haven't got a good look at my new neighbors but I'm tempted to bring them a big ass bottle of Jack or Tequila for the customary new neighbor gift. I'm sure it won't go unappreciated

I have no idea who moved in on one side, the other is in some sort of cult. The last few months I would come home to find a bicycle blocking the gate to the building and when I would walk by that window, I would hear strange chanting coming out of that window. I lived quite some time at a temple in Coligny's front yard so I know the Obosan lifestyle and more of the inner working of a temple than most Japanese....but this stuff my neighbor was chanting, no idea what it was. For all I know, that woman is that Ohm cultist bitch that's still never been caught.

im a farmboy... so our training was a bit more vigorous and we also got a work out at home doing the daily maintenance and walking everywhere.

While I would never recommend its use on kids, I have witnessed the effectiveness of the "Hairy Gaijin Rape" method of ESL instruction. To wit:

Molester loses appeal

The Supreme Court has rejected an appeal by a 71-year-old American man convicted by two lower courts of molesting children.

Alan Neil Lamph was sentenced by lower courts to 18 years in prison for molesting 15 girls aged 9 to 16 who were students at his English-conversation school in the city of Fukuoka between June 2003 and April 2009.

Lamph made video recordings of his molestations, the lower courts found.
