Age of consent is 13...but, most prefectures now have ordinances that make it illegal for anyone under 18 to have sex with someone whose age difference is two years or more. To answer your question, 13 if you're 15 or younger, and 18 or over for anyone if you want to do it with impunity.

Ahhh, is there any reason I was left out of this equation? I mean given the two candidates and all. I think if the judging was fair, I could rate just as high in pervert rankings, as either of those two.
