Renewing a US driver's license

Sorry for the country-specific question.

I need to renew my New York State driver's license.

One of the requirements is that I get an eye exam to mail in to the DMV.

Does anyone know of a Tokyo-based optometrist who'd fill in a US DMV form?

I did mine for Illinois. Just lie about the eye exam. Fill it in however you want and then scribble a signature in kanji. give them an address that doesnt exist and your cell number. no one will check or care.
