I would love a train simulation game where you get suicides, and you can "accidently" derail the train, giving you a semi-believable death toll from said wreck. Set it in Japan with buildings 20 feet from the tracks and you have yourself a customer right here. Sure, I would get bored with it inside of an hour, but what an hour that would be!

I've never played The Sims, but I've got enough of an idea to come up with at least one idea (for now):

Hikikomori expansion pack - your sim's room has no door (but there is a slot for mom and dad to pass him food) and he only gets one outfit. It's not all bad though, he's got Hikari fiber!

NAH! Trains have such a limited scope of havoc. If you don't live near the rails you ain't gonna bite it. Unless.... the trains can be set to carry extremely flammable compressed gases, corrosives and poisons and of course, biohazardous material.
