Who's Who in Japan.

Does anyone know where one can find a decent Who's Who about Japan's politicians. I find very few politicians like to advertise their inherited constituenies, or their relationship to anyone who was... say a general in WWII. Google searchs just don't seem to connect the dots.

Any ideas?
