Eating Out

Postby ichigo partygirl » Wed Oct 19, 2005 8:19 pm

Hey all
Saturday night a large group of my friends and i are going out for dinner/drinks for my birthday. Can anyone reccomend anywhere in yokohama that is casual and fun. Also the group will be 15-20 people so i need somewhere that can seat that many.
Someone said TGI Fridays might be quite good. Im booking tommorrow evening so somewhere that might still have tables would be great

Thanks All

Yokohama is not my click but I am sure there are lots of places around the station. Are you looking for an Izakaya or something more western? I've heard of a place called Circus near Yokohama but never been there so I can't recommend. Just stay away from Landmark or Queens Square as they can get very expensive.

I thought you were eating someone out when I first read the title

I've tried Sangendou before, and the prices are reasonable, plus you won't bust a gut on overfriend burgers.

I've been to TGI Fridays, and its a good spot. Be warned though, it wont be cheap when all is said and done. If you all eat a dinner, get appetizers and drinks, you can count 4 or 5 thousand per person, or maybe even more if you drink hard.

Hard Rock Cafe in Minato Mirai is good too, but again, it will cost you about the same as TGI Fridays. I've been to both, cant say I found either one better than the other.

You can try Aka Renga Soko.
I don't recall it as cheap, but it might be worth checking out as well.

Happy b-day!
Where does the line form for your birthday spanking? :inlove:

(TGI Friday was easy wasn't it? In Yokohama and Tokyo, TGI Friday, Hard Rock, El Torito, GASPANIC, Roys, and many more can be booked in engrish over the phone.)

Thought id let you know TGI friday rocked for a huge group of loud people. The staff were great- even though there was 20 of us who all paid for their own meals. I got free giant desert, sweets, and a group photo since it was my birthday. I would recommend it for large groups wanting a casual atmosphere :P
