Mainichi: Actor Hidetaka Yoshioka divorces Yuki Uchida
Popular actor Hidetaka Yoshioka and his wife, former actress Yuki Uchida, have divorced, it was learned on Wednesday. A show-biz office to which Uchida belonged said the couple submitted a divorce notice on Wednesday. Employees of the office added that for the moment they were not planning to have a press conference. Their romance began after they co-starred in a popular drama on Fuji TV Network, "Kitano Kunikara" in 2002.
Once she got married, Uchida slipped down the list of potential "showbiz lesbians" on internet rumour sites but it looks like this news has bounced her right back up there again.
