Where do all Soviet women in Japan spend time? I heard that Ikebukuro is great location. Where can I finding love from Russia?

Go to Aomori. Lots of Russian ladies in Aomori prefecture yakuza bars.

Used to be a whole dormitory of them right between Roppongi Hills and Roppongi kosaten (before you ask, just above the school GJ). I haven't seen many lately, the Yaks may have transfered their duty stations.

There are still at least 3 onsen (in remote parts of Hokkaido) that still allow them in - you could try there.
