Your bilingual medical forms are a great idea. If a f'ed gaijin shows up at at clinic or hospital without speaking Japanese, just presenting that bilingual medical form already filled out in English is generally enough to get started with treatment (since most Japanese medical people can read medical English just fine).

Your site is a good start.
