Divorced at Last

Postby TFG » Thu May 29, 2008 10:33 am

Yo, people and thanks for all the support during my sticky time. Hee

Well, I got divorced at last from my J-spouse and managed to get a small amount of the money back that I put into the house, which incidentally did not have my name on the deeds nor the loan. Stupid, I know but there was no way around this in 1992 when the house was built.

It is interesting to see what kind of rubbish my ex wrote to the court.
I was accused of being a Sayoku and also accused of having a great hatred of the LDP. Yes, this was actually written and given into the court by my ex's lawyer. It was also stated that I refused to use fluorescent light bulbs in the house and only regular light bulbs were allowed which caused my ex wife great mental stress.

What a joke.....!

Actually, it was no joke at all as I could see the judge adding black marks to my name on reading this crap out in court.
I asked the judge to correct me in my belief that this was not a political trial but a divorce case to which he replied, "Well, it is a divorce case but these complaints need to be considered".

Anyway, thanks again folks.

Did she also present to the court that you refused at times to pay the NHK bill, or peel the labels off the pet bottles before dumping them in the trash? You'd truly be FUCKED then.. ;)

Congrats!

Left winger, but it implies a commie just like Uyoku (right winger) implies a fascist.

Good for you, TFG. It sounds like you got out with as little damage possible given the situation. Regardless of what I've said about you in the past, no one deserves to have their political views consider in divorce proceedings. Fucking amazing.

Amazing story - It sounds like an outtake from Alice in Wonderland.
Not to rub salt in your wounds, but it always fascinates me when unsuspecting FGs hook up with "soft, gentle, subservient, feminine" J-gals only to discover too late that sweet kitties can have sharp claws.

Prior to my marriage, I was in a classical Japanese dance troupe (in full makeup no one spotted me for a gaijin). When they found out I was marrying a Japanese guy, quite a few of the J-ladies got me alone and warned me "don't you DARE spoil him". When I asked why they thought I would, the answer was "You gaijin ALWAYS spoil our men".

Unfortunately, I didn't take them seriously. :wall: :ninja4:

Congratulations, TFG!

Can you downgrade/upgrade your name from TFG to just FG?

See, I do just the opposite. I cook, clean, massage her feet, and take out the gomi...and she still wanted a divorce. Oh, well. New gf's got more of a yakuza bitch domiatrix streak in her, which I seem to enjoy, probably due to being adopted, therefore not having been breast-fed, and thinking that the neighbor's dog had more than enough nipples to go around.....

On how many levels is that wrong?

Yeah, the only comfort for me is knowing that my ex J-Nazi wife is tonight sleeping in the very same bed I balled more than a few ladies in from the FG friends site, while she was away. Haaaaaa

Actually, I am living with one of them right now.....Great site guys.

This one is not Japanese so I feel safe and it is great to be able to have intellectual an conversation once again with a beautiful woman.

There are worse places to be TFG in, for sure.

Yup, others have told me the same as well. It looks like while many girls post on that site for various reasons, the only common thing seems to be that they all meet for sex. A friend tells me all girls he meets on that site is for sex on first date.

Not sure about that, though maybe I got ripped off.
Had to take most of them out at least once.

Seriously though, there are a lot of strange women on that site, not just a few of which are manically depressed and suicidal for one reason or another.
Maybe, I just attract that type, as I tend to find those people have greater depth and are more interesting.

They just want someone to "save them" and are willing to pay for professional psychiatric care in vagina.

Stalin was a great leader, but not as great as Soviet Supreme. Fluorescent bulbs are a poor choice for lighting. All bulbs should be standard communist issued bulbs. Communism knows what is best and you should listen.

-most of the japanese women I have met over the years struck me as having above average mental problems. most of my guy friends say the same thing. so after reading this thread, I'm starting to think this is not an aberration, but the rule. I'd love to hear evidence to the contrary. (where are the sane, japanese women)

-fascinating story about the j-women telling you not to spoil their men. considering that most gaijin "think" j-women are getting a raw deal, this statement is revealing. please explain exactly 'how' they think gaijin women spoil their men. the underlying message I'm getting is that japanese women believe it is their job to ride their men like mule. wrong? right?

Typical Japanese way, they wouldn't go further than that vague warning - but having been married close to 29 years now, I think I see what they were getting at. I can only speak from my own experience, but left on his own, my J-guy gets himself into big trouble; e.g. dangerous credit-card debt, destructive drinking habits - so I've been very reluctantly forced into being a controlling mama-okusan. (It's not much fun) :wall:

I've been told (by yet another J-lady) that J-guys are purposely brought up to be dependent on women, which is why I think, that J-women seem so much more "adult" to me than the guys. They can make decisions and stick to them, discuss business without stressing out and changing their minds 10 times, etc.

I sometimes think that behind the scenes, J-ladies are making all the decisions, kuromaku style, so from my tachiba, they're tough, and can be manipulative, but far from crazy.
