I can't find geographically correct maps anywhere.

The 7th floor of Tower Records in Shibuya has driving, geographical, and/or topographical maps..

If you don't mind it in being in Japanese, I made this simple page with links to variously scaled maps of Shibuya, Yokohama, and Shinjuku:

I made it 3 years ago for a couple gaijin houses in Tama Plaza. The maps are from Mapion.

As GuyJean mentioned - there is Mapion .. (Yahoo I think) only Japanese. I use it all the time for finding address. Not too hard to use and you can pin-point exactly where you want to go. But only in English.

I don't know of an English on-line map. But if you find one that would be useful.
